Impossible to cancel internet
I have tried canceling my internet about 5 times since October. I moved to a new house and of course Telus told me they can only provide 25mb internet speed which was unacceptable, I said I wanted to cancel and the rep told me I had to pay about $700 in cancellation fees. I specifically remember asking the rep when I renewed my contract if I could cancel for free if I moved and the same service couldn’t be provided and they said yes. Any way, I cannot get a hold of anyone competent or that speaks good enough English to help me through this. Is the there a Telus email I can complain to or speak to a manager? I feel like Telus will send me to collections over this and I’m so mad.740Views0likes1Comment
