After learning of this I had to search for it. It was among some other paragraphs at the bottom of my December 2024 PDF bill. "TELUS Rewards Historical Points Update As of January 30, 2025, points accumulated up to December 31, 2023 will no longer be retained. Points earned in 2024 will not be impacted. Ridiculous. Do you read every invoice you receive with a magnifying glass each month? If you do, you clearly have more time on your hands than most normal people. If a product or service is preforming within expectations there should be no reason to do so. A change like this needs a higher level of notification. Nothing but another corporate money grab.
