I need help. I have called multiple times, been promised things will get fixed and they never do. Ask for call backs and manager calls back and never receive. Customer service has been abysmal. Please help me fix my issue or I will be leaving Telus. I am being charged for 2 lines (I only have one phone) and I have been promised a plan since November that has never been applied.
