Im dealing with the same issue, called telus over 10 times, made like 5 tickets, everytime telling me after 4-5 business days it my 3 month will be refunded and cancelled, and im calling them again after couple weeks cause its still not processed... this is horrible, and i'm already spending over 5-7 hours on the phone just to resolve telus error1.4KViews0likes1Comment
