Telus mobility return
Hi I am trying to return a mobility device. I was told I will be send a waybill in 24 -48 hours. Nothing a week later. Customer care, loyalty, escalation team no one seems to know or have means to contact the team responsible for sending the waybill. The 3rd step return process thats discussed here, I am told is no more valid and I shouldn't not pursue that.1.1KViews0likes4Comments
