I didn't change my email address. I got the message on Jan 14 when I first tried to redeem and it is still happening today.

Telus Rewards Error
When trying to redeem rewards points I keep getting this message: "You recently updated your contact information that is connected to your TELUS Rewards account. This information update is still in progress and you cannot make a redemption at this time. Please try again later to complete your redemption." I haven't made any changes to my contact info and can't figure out why I'm getting this message.
