Re: My rewards not working
My Telus Rewards is not working. They (Telus) are planning to take away all my points (accumulated for years) earned prior to 2024 (a bogus scam by Telus!) as of January 30, 2025. So I am trying to use them up, and of course Telus Rewards is not letting me do it. I try to buy Esso gift cards, Home Depot gift cards, etc. and I get the message "You are temporarily unable to redeem this item. Please try again later." That is shameful, Telus. Is that part of your plan to make sure we lose our points? And to add insult to injury, most of the gift cards and Rewards I really want are "Out of Stock." Well done, Telus.4.1KViews1like1Comment
