Re: Canada Post equipment return delay, but Telus charged me 125$
Well, finally the TELUS_Support took care of my situation and solved my problem. Unfortunately Canada Post has a huge backlog of Telus returns and it's unacceptable that delivery parcels (at 10km distance) takes several months to be delivered. But in other hands Telus should know that (they actually know as per their web site statement), and they should not charge the customers. Anyway, for other with this trouble, please send an email or a message to the Telus support.1.2KViews0likes0CommentsRe: Canada Post equipment return delay, but Telus charged me 125$
Telus support has been USELESS. Nothing has changed and Telus still charging me interests. I went to the post office and basically all the Telus returns from that week are "Item delayed". Telus should know that but they still charging an threaten customers. This is unacceptable!1.2KViews0likes0CommentsRe: Canada Post equipment return delay, but Telus charged me 125$
I don't know, but I have paid all my bills, but I don't know why I have to pay something and wait forever to get a refund when it is clear that this is a problem between Telus and Canada Post. Again, this is really unethical behavior!1.5KViews0likes2CommentsCanada Post equipment return delay, but Telus charged me 125$
I returned the equipment (a TV modem interface) within the specified timeframe via Canada Post, following the established procedure. Due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, Telus provided the following statement on their website: Well, Telus not only charged me $125 for late delivery, but after speaking with a customer service representative, he promised to remove the late fees. However, they did not keep their promise. According to the Canada Post website, the following information is currently displayed: This is a regrettable and unethical business practice, as it demonstrates a lack of respect for a valued customer. Telus has demonstrated a pattern of conduct that falls short of the standards expected of a reputable corporation, prioritizing financial gain over customer satisfaction.1.8KViews0likes7Comments
