The only thing I've done with the account is one of my lines had to have Visual Voicemail deleted and re-added to get it working. Nothing else has changed with the account. This happened a week ago. I have more than enough points to get a $100 Uber gift card, but now it's "sold out" (which seems silly, since it's a virtual item!).
