The last one was incorrect and one of your managers resolved that one, and assured me that going forward this will be fixed. And come the next month, the bill is again incorrect. Ongoing billing nightmare with Telus Home Security since Sept'24. Every month, 3-4 hours are wasted resolving incorrect bills. Today: 3+ hours on call, still no fix. Unacceptable customer service.
