Hello, Telus is only wanting to rebate me $200 for a satellite service that has not been working since April 2024.They continued to charge me when knowing that they have issues between themselves (Telus) and Bell. This is not right I should be reimbursed in full I have payed $150/month x 10 months is $1500.00. There only solution is a $200 rebate and cancel service.
