Wish I'd seen this a week ago. I just went through the exact same thing, bought an Apple Watch, tried to setup it up for a family member (child) and after a week of run around, came to the same conclusion. Family watch plan must be setup under a consumer phone account, not business. Huge waste of time spent on this thinking I did something wrong, no one at Telus explained this, until today. Now just trying to figure out what to do. Anyone know if this would work with the pay-as-you-go plan? There's a $100/year plan I could just use with an old iPhone, cheapest option I could find.4.5KViews0likes3Comments
