Re: 4k PVR and Activation Code Problem
I have the same issue that started this morning. Sunday Jan 5 10:30am installed new replacement PVR Optic box as per instructions. Started and got to the trouble code ERROR CODE DVC_RTRN_001 Contacted TELUS via call number indicated on the screen ON HOLD 1 hour plus. About 12:10 pm contact made An TELUS Tech agent and I worked through several tests and ended at a screen calling for a registration activation code number. I supplied the Tech the GUID I supplied the Tech the MAC Address The tech than said they had to submit a request for activation and would call back in 1 hour. Approx 1:00pm Approx 1:30pm return call from tech restarted the PVR Optic box again end at a screen calling for a registration activation code number. 2:00pm Tech said will call back no time given Approx 6:00 still no call back. Performed another PVR Box restart, same result. I have again started a request for a morning call back at 8am4.8KViews1like0Comments
