Ok so just got off the phone. Connection fee and one time credit was applied late. Should be on next bill. $15 device protection and $5 plan credit came off today. First bill
Here is my first bill. - $45 for 200gb plan. Should have $5 off a month for 24 month - $70 activation fee. Should of been waved. - $35 month for pixel phone - $15 month for device protection. Should be waved. For 6th month. I should of receiving a 1 time $90 credit All of this is stated in my contact/ agreement with Telus. Never received any of the credits or activation credits.
