Putting ONT and Modem in 2nd floor bedroom?
I will be opening a new account for only my use in our house. Would it be possible to run the fibre optic cable from the demarc box to my bedroom on the 2nd floor and have the ONT and modem in my room? Our house is not wired for ethernet and all wired devices will be in my room anyway Also I was told that the fibre optic cable used by TELUS now is semi-transparent and shouldn't be visible when ran inside our house.
