I know, it's super aggravating and insulting...I have been a Telus customer since 1995 I believe, maybe even longer...I guess thats my fault for being so loyal. Hello Telus Support No, there is NO hyphens, I literally cut and pasted the code - TWICE I may add (as I got Telus to refund me the points after 2 hours on the phone) and then went and REBOUGHT the same promotion, and the NEW code has the SAME error...grrr. To repeat there is NO hyphen in the code they text you...none. So not sure what you refer to when you ask about hyphens. However, when I text my unique code to 7626 (copy and paste directly from the email) the message returned to me says "Looks like you've responded with an incorrect keyword.
