My telus website
We are not able to login to mytelus on our computers or phone. It has been blocked. 2 months ago I spent 2 hours on the phone to cancel the home phone. We never ordered it. They sent me to 4 different people to argue with me. As of today we are still being charged. I can't get through to a human and I can't do anything online. Service went down for 4 days and the online help was not help. The tech on the phone could not do anything. Went out to an actual Telus location to get them to fix it.621Views0likes1Comment
