Same thing just happened to me. Was offered a $40 monthly plan and the discounts that were offered to me by the door to door salesman didn't show up and Telus support has no record of it. Very frustrating and disappointing experience. Ended up paying a termination fee on bell, now I am over $300 out of pocket and paying the same as I was on bell.
