I’m having the same problem. It’s been two weeks. I’ve been on the phone with them every three days they keep making promises to me and the only thing that’s working is Netflix. The service is not even that good and I don’t understand how every time I call. It’s always an hour. Wait who’s waiting an hour I know that your customer service line is not that busy.
