Telus Fiber
Ok, so I'm looking to upgrade from cable internet to fiber. Telus Fiber is available in my neighborhood. Great, sounds like a great fit right? Except...the website lists that, for my particular house, it is NOT available. Doesn't matter that the houses on either side of mine list it as available, including the one I physically share a wall with (it's a duplex). I've called multiple times, the person on the phone looks it up on the same website I just did, goes "sorry, not available" and that's it. At one point I got them to commit to sending a tech to confirm things, because it doesn't make sense, but no tech has ever shown up. I'm not exactly in the middle of nowhere either; I'm in inner city Calgary. Why are you making it so hard for me to give you money? For the love of god, please send someone to connect things and I will happily cancel my Shaw account.811Views1like2Comments
