Sale scam technique?
Got a call from Telus. Talked to a Philippines female agent by the name Jess of Activation Team. She said Telus has a promotion now. A Mobility plan for 3 countries Canada-USA-Mexico plan with unlimited calling to and from 3 countries, 200 GB data for just $45 month. I asked her to repeat the monthly charge. Again, she repeated $45. I even asked 4-5? She said yes. I agreed to join the plan. Now I checked the bill and realized it was $85 a month, not $45. Now I am spending an hour already to wait to talk to a Mobility agent to change to a regular plan. đ đ1.5KViews0likes4Comments
