I'm having the same issue. Was told a price and got charged another and now that I'm trying to resolve it, I'm getting ghosted. They told me to that I can't be compensated since it's not within 30 days when the agent intentionally lied that I would be compensated on the next bill. Now I'm told to create a support request and I'm getting an error message. No one is trying to resolve this issue and I feel like I'm getting scammed.3.6KViews0likes2Comments
