Re: Telus account still open on credit report in spite of it being cancelled
I have the same problem, my Telus account has been canceled a few months ago and I've paid off all the bills. But my credit score went down due to missing payments to Telus. I've contacted the support team via phone a few times and they confirmed that the account is canceled. Meanwhile it displays open in Credit Karma and Borrower.
