Disabling and re-enabling Home screen
Below are the instructions on the Telus 'how to' site. Problem is the Options button on the remote does nothing. It does not bring up any options to select Off or Don't Display. It's like the Option button on the remote is not active. Please help as my 88 year old father simply CANNOT navigate through this crap. I must be able to set it up so it is easy for him to just watch live TV. If not...I must cancel and go back to Shaw. ************* Disabling and re-enabling Home screen The Optik TV Home screen is turned on by default, but can be easily disabled and re-enabled To disable the Home screen: While in the Home screen, select Options on your remote.
