Why is Telus harassing their existing customers??! I am ready to go back to Shaw!! I have had Telus telemarketers call me every day for the past 16 days trying to get me to add mobility to my home services? Every time I decline and every time the callers are rude and pushy. I asked to be taken off their call list several times and they said they would but call back the next day!! Today I asked to be taken off the list, the caller said I would need to speak to someone in the home services division to be taken off the call list. On hold for 59 minutes to be told it will take 14 days to be taken off the list!! Telus has no respect for their customers time and privacy!! Very very disappointed in this company!! My time is just as valuable as yours is Telus, perhaps you will deduct my hourly rate from my bill??4.7KViews1like5Comments
