Why are there channels on the Telus TV app but not on the optik box?
I noticed that while using the app I can watch channels such as the Price is Right Barker Era channel and the Classic Family Feud channel, that don’t even appear in the guide on my Optik TV box. How can I get these channels on my regular TV using the box? I did check to make sure all channels are on my guide, not just channels to which I’m subscribed. I also tried to tune directly to the missing channels, but couldn’t. What’s going on? How can I get those channels?Solved5.7KViews0likes12Comments
