The same thing happened to me on on Nov 1. Lost three email accounts because customer service did not inform us when we transferred our internet to a new account they had set up and Telus deleted the old account. Email accounts were not transferred to the new account. Called Telus within two hours. So frustrating as stated it may take a week or so if it was even recoverable.2.3KViews0likes0Comments
