Telus is the worst company I have dealt with. They took over ADT and totally **bleep**ed up everything on my existing system. They came and put their stuff in, as you say it's not to the level the old system was. Then it took 6 different "technicians", and I use that term lightly, to get everything finally completed. To top it all off, my system was never even being monitored even though they were charging for it. Either the 4th or 5th useless so-called Tech didn't set it up for monitoring. Numerous hours spent on hold, every phone agent gave a different story. Total nightmare and still waiting for closure.1.2KViews1like1Comment
