I sent an e-mail to support. Did you receive it? My iPhone 16 is on the truck scheduled to deliver to me today. I do not know why my order is on hold. Can you look into this for me. Chris Z.

Yes I am having problems. My iPhone 16 apparently shipped but then I get a message stating my order has been halted. Very confusing and misleading. I do not think I will be receiving my iPhone 16 anytime soon.

Order on hold
Hello I pre-ordered an iPhone 16 and I received notification that it was shipped out. Now I am getting a message stating my order is put on hold. Why is that? Does this mean I will not receive my iPhone at all? Has anyone encountered this difficulty before? I am very unhappy with Telus and the service I am receiving. ☹️
