Why is customer service for both parent and child company so poor.
Koodo wrongly sent my name to collections I have bee On the past for about 5 hours between yesterday and this morning, but no ones seems to know how to help me. My Koodo lines were canceled by a clerk who called in Koodo CS and obtained confirmation that my account was closed, but a year later I found out Koodo sent my account to collection despite the fact that I never ported my number onto their network and I had returned both SIM card to TELUS CLERK. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE WHY CANT PEOPLE DO THE JOBS THEY'RE BEING PAID TO DO? I HATE YOU TELUS AND ILL BE CANCELING ALL MY SERVICES WITH YOU.
