Thank you for the reply. We had high speed installed with copper 8 years ago and then Fiber in 2020 during covid. The telus guy wasn't allowed inside to test everything and 1 bedroom doesn't have a Cat5 connection. I installed a PowerPoint Adapter which hangs up the odd time.
