I have been waiting for a service tech to show up at my house , first scheduled appt. They never showed had all my info on the phone, where very apologetic, we will fix your phone right away etc. . Day of the appt. They called an hour early and asked if they could come early, said yes then they never showed, waited an hour on hold to talk to someone , they said they never had a service ticket with my address, called bull crap , I have the texts. Now day 2 after the apologies have a new appt. For first thing in the morning , get a text saying it’s fixed but nobody showed up , now I’m directed to call again and wait on hold for another hour to get lied to again, absolutely pathetic customer service4.3KViews0likes0Comments
