This is ridiculous. I was on the phone with a technician and he wasn't able to do anything for me regarding the CC adjustment and didn't even know there was a issue. Finally advised me that the new equipment did not have the ability to adjust the CC settings. The only option is to live with it or go back to the old type. The old ones were freezing up and we were having to reboot them constantly. Have been with telus for a number of years and thinking maybe looking at other options.4.9KViews1like0Comments
