Problems With GoControl Garage Door Operator
OK here is a complex problem even Telus tech support could not solve to date. Installed a GoControl to operate my garage door opener by using my Telus home security iphone app so could monitor while away and operate via iphone. Following Telus online instructions finally after hours of pairing finally got GoControl to be recognized by my home system. My MQ4 master control panel shows the device, which I named Garage Door in device screen (also has door lock is there too). I used my iphone to pair the GoControl. However the Telus Smarthome APP on my iphone will NOT show the garage door ( however does show the front door lock and arm/disarm and cameras) but remember the MQ4 panel shows GoControl device. So question is how do I get my iphones (wifes as well) to show the garage door, open or closed and control garage door from my Telus smarthome app? Is it it a matter of MQ4 panel some how communicating (or not) to the iphones?Solved1.8KViews0likes1Comment
