It's a Telus webpage, it's also been happening to me for months; I can't upgrade a device online, and it won't let me go through the steps to purchase a phone. Giving the same advice to contact the support team isn't helpful when it hasn't worked previously. Clearly, it's a Telus issue, not people not knowing how to use their own devices/web browsers.
