I think I can provide some assistance with this. There are at least three factors at play. 1) Use plain text formatting. 2) Your email cannot have any URLs (don't forget to check a signature or appended message disclaimer) 3) Outlook is too 'smart' by half. It will helpfully turn plain text URLs and email addresses into hyperlinks when forwarding or replying to plain text messages. If you are using Outlook, and you are forwarding or replying to emails directing them to Telus SMS, you have strip out the URLS and emails within the body of the email.
