I’ve only had Telus since July. It was working fine for a few weeks, then stopped completely. Now it’s spotty. Working on maybe a third of my recordings. Seems totally random. Very frustrating. Just a note to add from another customer here, to say I'm having the same problem. Last night with the Bachelorette, I could access the closed captions on the live broadcast but not on the recording. And also a few days ago with House of the Dragon on HBO. Thanks for any help or suggestions!9KViews0likes1Comment
