My Telus App on iPhone does not login
I recently updated my iPhone to iOS 18.5, afterward, when I launch My Telus app, it says "Something went wrong" with message "Unfortunately, we aren't able to access your account information. Please check your internet connection or try again later". Trying to log in again and reset password, both did not work. I have latest My TELUS v4.125.0 installed on my iPhone. I have tried removing the app and re-install, still not working. I do have iPad with 18.4.1, and the app works fine and I could login without any issue. Please help.Solved1.1KViews0likes2Comments
