Re: UPS Lost phone
This happened to me May 28th, but my phone never made it out of the UPS station. Lost phone and Telus opened a case and won't send me a new phone till they figure it out! 15 emails, 15 phone calls, hours wasted talking to polite clueless call centre people. I am disgusted with Telus. 20 years I have been a loyal customer and they can't even have a human reach out to call or email a solution. Customer service slid to where I'm posting on social media in order to get some one to assist! May 28- July 4th and still no phone. Sad.2KViews0likes0Comments
