I cannot connect to the internet on my ONT box
Hi, A few weeks ago my wi-fi suddenly disconnected from the 5G network out of nowhere on my phone, and doesn't seem to want to connect to any other phones in my house, just saying it cannot connect. I tried restarting my modem and the ONT box but nothing seemed to work. The only thing is that the "POTS" light on the ONT box is not green, would this be a problem? Please help!
