Thanks for the reply. I do have a follow up question if you don’t mind… How on earth do I det to channel 5??? My guide starts at 100 and I’ve tried changing my guide to include all channels. So what is the final answer? I don’t wanna know why the free preview channel is gone I just want to know what is on free preview currently. As in today, May 9, 2024. Where can I go either on the Internet or through my OPTIK TV guide to view what channels are on free preview currently. I’ve been a telus tv customer since before optik was even a thing and It used to be so easy so maneuver. I couldn’t find anything through searching on the system so I’ve literally been looking online for the past 20 minutes. I am so frustrated that I am about to call the actual customer service line and wait for who knows how long just to get an answer to this. Posting on a forum seemed like the lesser of two evils but we’ll see how this works out. Oh and by the way Telus, I have never in my life posted a question to a forum and keep my web use to intake only (despite spending my entire waking life online) so you can imagine how frustrating this problem is to me to suddenly start making my presence known.18KViews0likes1Comment
