Re: Disarm with Unlock
You need to log into Telus Security on a PC not a smartphone or app ( PC mode on a phone may work but may not). - go to Automations - delete any prior rules related to your door locks that may exist - Add new rule - when this event occurs should be the door you want to add, and unlocked by user code from the pull down bar - Perform this action is set to Disarm - Select Device is Panel - During these time frames is set to At all times. Hit Save and you are done.

No it cannot be done to my knowledge because the act of turning the knob to unlock the door from the inside does not involve actuating the motors which tell the door what signal to send to the panel.
