Hi Allan, I was looking for this, and I think you're looking for what I was looking for. What I did to have the smart lock disarm the panel, you have to log into the smarthome web portal, https://smarthome-security.telus.com/, where you can typically change your users etc online. You want to click on AUTOMATION on the left hand side of the portal. Click ADD NEW RULE and you want an EVENT-TRIGGERED RULE then all you need to do is set it to Security System, Arm/Disarm, select your device, and when you want it to happen.
