Still not able to access my streaming properly. Thanks for the quick reply, but can you please provide some kind of a timeline? Customers are paying for a service that’s not being adequately provided. I’m wondering if the streaming issue is a big problem, or if Telus isn’t providing proper services for basic customer support. This is the first time this has happened to me as well. Crave subscriber; Handmaid‘s Tale season 6, episode 4 won’t play, says to retry, but won’t correct itself. Other episodes seem to play. I’ve waited a few days already thinking it might resolve itself, no luck. TV On Demand --> Movies & Series --> CraveTV On Demand --> Dramas Also, during the last 10 days or so I’ve been having issues with Wi-Fi again - with a weak signal. I’ve had to reset many times…very frustrating this HAS happened way too frequently over the past few years.
