You won’t get any helpful answers here. My contract was up next month and I went ahead and cancelled my cable. That’s how fed I am with the horrible customer service. They have lost touch. I’ve been with Telus for YEARS.. and this is the worst response ever… not a good look Telus. I was literally googling this exact same and the responses from Telus are infuriating. Almost like a BOT posted them. With no actual helpful information. Work for your customers Telus.19KViews0likes1Comment
