honeywell thermostsat not connecting with my new telus modem
i just got new connection with telus and it is not letting the redlink device connect with internet via ethernet. i tried multiple times. seems like its a known issue. telus tech support keeps on transferring and disconnecting. i saw a post with the bypass via bridge through the admin page, does anyone know how to do that. iam not able to find the option for making that bridge exception for that port!!! not able to understand why telus would think honeywell server as a hacking attempt?? oh snap telus also sells smarthome now!!! please help me3.2KViews0likes5Comments
