System not charging my credit card correctly
My old credit card expired in October. Updating this in the system was already a challenge because the webpage glitched out so often. After trying for a few days (SIC) it seemed to finally store it and I was able to see the new expiration date in my account details. But while my Telus Mobility services get charged correctly to it, my Home services do not get paid automatically anymore (even though I see the new EXP date in it as well) and I incurred a late payment charge. When I click Pay on the already entered credit card works flawless. How can I get my bills paid automatically again without incurring a late payment charge?2.6KViews0likes3Comments
