Not sure what to do anymore
I've tried this route before and it's hit and miss but here we are again. I have always had some sort of issue with my service but just when I'm about to tear everything out of here, somehow I'm back with a new contract. Things go well for a bit and then they don't. I've written twice to our previous case manager, but over a week with no reply. Every technician that comes here is stumped (at first) because they reset everything in the house only to find out that we are disconnected at the community box. 4 techs have found the same over the last 2 years. We were inadvertently transferred to Telus with our security company as well and for almost 2 years didn't have a functional system, but were paying $65 a month. To correct this most recent issue, they sent a senior technician to ensure the source wasn't in my house, promised me a great deal on my Internet, tv, etc if I replaced my security system and signed a new contract. I think that was only 2-3 months ago and last week the internet would completely kick out multiple times and now this week we have super buffering/pixelation. I know by this time that's it's not something I can fix (not because I'm a dumb dumb, but because it's been noted several times that this issue is at their box) and it's incredibly frustrating. We've been here 5 years and the fibre is always "coming". Rogers keeps coming to the door offering buy-outs and I'm at the point where I just don't care anymore. I get so many spam calls claiming to be Telus (not from Telus #s) and did get follow up calls at super inconvenient times, but no messages of who to call back. Though, I don't need to be on the phone to tell them there's a problem. And that my billing has been $50-75 more the past two months than what I was told and I somehow have a home phone line that I don't need. Just super fed up with it all.35Views0likes0CommentsPhone Call from someone claiming to be a Telus Rep
I have received several call from a 250-295-9355 claiming that they can offer me 40% off my Telus bill. Is this legit? They wanted my email to send me the information. I have run the phone number and nothing seems to come up.2.2KViews0likes2Comments
