Re: Charged for on-demand movies that I did not order
I got the bill today, just to see 2 movies on demand that I haven't ordered before appeared on my bill. I called the hotline and chatbot, which are very insensitive and unhelpful. I thought this was a rare problem, but after reading some other posts, this may be an issue at the back-end. It is just a waste of time calling Telus hotline.
