I called the customer service they had no clue what it is. I saw the error code and figured it’s some authentication issue. Regardless, I figured out how to fix it. Sign up for a new Telus online account using a new email address, and link the account to the new email using account ID and postal code. Once that’s done, I can see the usage using the new login email!3.2KViews0likes0Comments
